During my ‘The Hologram of Life Immersion’ sound healing training with Selda Soul Space, an image of a lizard came to me during meditation - and Lizard SoundScape was born!

 

I use a set of seven frosted Chakra crystal bowls during my SoundScape sessions, each bowl sings out its own note that corresponds with a chakra in your body, promoting healing and deep relaxation.

The bowls resonate at 432Hz, a frequency which is said to be the ‘heartbeat of the planet’ - this eases anxiety, lowers heart rate and blood pressure and has a generally soothing effect. 

I am a DoTERRA Wellness Advocate and offer my participants use of pure grade essential oils to enhance their personal sound healing experience.

 

Mats, blankets, cushions and eye masks are provided if you/and a friend come to my home studio - just bring yourself and an inquisitive nature. 

Alternatively you would be very welcome to join an open session at a local venue, or maybe you would prefer a private sound healing in the comfort of your own home.
